Our beautiful sparkling brut rosé is exceptionally balanced and full of summer berry flavours. Lightly toasty on the nose, the wine bursts with strawberry on the palate and is the perfect wine for a celebration.  An elegant, salmon pink sparkler with a delicate Provencal hue, this 2021 vintage is characterised by a fine mousse, delicate citrus twist and red berry profile. It is a pinot-forward blend of the classic champagne varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meurnier – and was made in the traditional method.
