Three fantastic events to look forward to at Swanaford this summer:
Fire and Fizz - Thursday 26th June 7pm-11pm
We are unbelievably excited to have crazy-good High Grange popping up for a incredible feast of fire cooking and fizz.
The perfect event to gather with friends, this will be a long-tables celebration of the best food cooked over fire by hugely talented HG owner, Luke, and his team. Expect a masterclass in ingredients with local slow-smoked beef, whipped horseradish and bone marrow butter, summer peas and lots of fizz. Full Menu:
Canapés
Charred, crispy skin chicken, HG Sichuan/seaweed crack dust.
Ember-roast king oyster mushrooms, tarragon butter.
Main course
KJ-Slow-smoked @beaconfarms_ featherblade of beef with crispy onions, confit garlic and HG BBQ sauce.
Pink-roast whole @meatmattersltd ex-dairy beef rump, horseradish & whipped bone marrow butter.
Summer peas, mange tout, feta & pea shoots.
Grilled leek hearts, new potatoes & grilled carrots with High Grange honey and chive butter.
Dessert
Burnt apricots, Swanaford fizz sabayon, pink peppercorn and almond shortbread crumb.
Flour and Flame - Saturday 13th September 5pm-10pm
Our favourite wood fired pizza wizards are back to serve up epic Neapolitan style pies. Come down and enjoy some of their amazing cooking and a delicious glass of wine or local beer in the summer sun.
