A fantastic example of English Sparkling Wine made using specially selected parcels of our single vintage Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Pinot Meunier (10%). The wine is perfectly balanced, with distinctive patisserie notes on the nose and delicate and delightful orchard fruit in the palate.
