The Swanaford showstopper. This limited release Classic Cuvée from 2019 is a rare and exceptional bottle. Made with a specially selected blend of single-vineyard, single-vintage Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, ‘From Small Acorns’ is both a celebration of our vineyard journey and a salute to the landscape we work in.

While all three varieties went through wild fermentation with naturally occurring yeast, the chardonnay was additionally aged in old French oak barrels before the blend went through malolactic fermentation and lees aging of 28 months. The resulting wine is a wonderfully balanced English sparkler, with notes of brioche, delicate tannins, finessed freshness and a citrus twist.
